Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer receives the error message "Error getting snapshot details. Please check back later..." when attempting to use the Inventory Collection Delta feature on the SNTC portal. No amount of passed time causes the issue to go away. Changing browsers or clearing cache does not fix the issue. No delta reports are able to be generated. Issue replicated by TAC.

The workaround for the previous bug no longer works. Please see the email confirmation from this from the customer in the case notes.


Conditions:
Error appears when feature first accessed or when attempting to run deltas. The following workaround no longer works:
Steps:
1. After login to portal first click on the Inventory-Summary
2. Wait till Inventory-Summary lnp is getting loaded
3. Now click on 'Inventory Collection Delta' lnp
4.Error will not be shown. The 'Inventory Collection Delta' page will be loaded.
