Description (partial)

Symptom:
Smart license authorization may fail if the virtual account contains special characters.
Special characters in the virtual account name may be replaced by a question mark (?) in the virtual_acct entry in the file: /ngfw/etc/sf/smart_agent.conf 

Also, /ngfw/var/log/cisco/smart_agent.log shows log messages like the following:

Notification received from Smart Licensing server - NotifyAuthRenewFailure
Notification Reason code : VerifySignatureFailed Reason message : Failed to verify signature.
RegistrationStatus : REGISTERED AuthorizationStatus : NOTAUTHORIZED

Conditions:
Special characters (non-ASCII) in the smart licensing virtual account name
