Description (partial)

Symptom:
Configuring "logging monitor <x>" with at least 4 syslog servers configured in the switch. After configuring the command "logging monitor <x>" , from the 4th logging server it will show that is unreachable. All servers are reachable besides it says that is not.

Conditions:
