Description (partial)

Symptom:
The applianceconfig CLI command was updated to be able to perform Config Master assignments. However, in SMA AsynOS 12.5.0-636, configuration master assignment is not happening.

Conditions:
1.	Login to SMA via CLI
2.	Run applianceconfig command and add WSA appliance to SMA (during adding assign WSA to any Configuration Master.)
3.	SMA version AsynOS 12.5.0-636 and WSA 11.8.0-414
