Symptom:
SFDataCorrelator exits or crashes after logging messages like:
SFDataCorrelator:MySQLEvent [WARN] Ignoring event with timestamp 1574415300, 63 minutes ahead of the current time, for table "geoloc_session_stats_hour" (this warning will be suppressed for 60 minutes)
SFDataCorrelator:MySQLEvent [CRITICAL] Exiting to recover from missing table geoloc_session_stats_hour_1574326800_0

Conditions:
A device clock is about an hour ahead of the FMC clock.
