Description (partial)

Requesting additional logging ability that can be used when troublshooting TMS contract status check issues.  Show in the log what device TMS is querying for.  Show if the device has no contract status in the same log, etc. 

This is a serviceability enhancement that could help customers and engineers resolve issues around this faster.
