Description (partial)

Symptom:
NCS6K NC6-20X100GE-M-C or NC6-20X100GE-L-C line card may begin reporting continuous FIA Config Errors on a FIA asic associated with a slice.

fia_driver[127]: %PLATFORM-CIH-5-ASIC_ERROR_SPECIAL_HANDLE : fia[2]: A config-err error has occurred causing performance loss persistent. CMIC.CMIC_CMC0_IRQ_STAT4.SCH_1.Interrupt_Register.ActFlowBadParams

The errors are not service impacting but will continue to be seen until the issue is recovered.

Conditions:
It is expected that this error will be very rare.
The issue may happen as a result of one of these events:
Any configuration change
LC reload/PON/hard reset
SER events in SCH/IPS memory (memory error)
