Description (partial)

Symptom:
CAR UI search on CDR system reports throws 10011. CDR System reports >> FAC/CMC report > Client Matter Code.

Error Code          Error Description
10011                   System Error. Contact System Administrator.

Conditions:
If we have FAC calls and user wants to generate the report from CAR UI page. 

Issue is seen when fetching other reports as well (Users -> Department)
