Description (partial)

Symptom:
While using local recording the image is freezing when sharing content

Conditions:
The video freezes when the customer is a share presenter

Screen resolution 2560 x 1080 used by the presenter 

Customer tested normal share and high fps share

When the customer shares content using local recording the video is frozen and the audio keeps playing 

This happens in Personal Room and in regular scheduled Webex Meeting.

Customer reported that this happened to all his local recordings.
