Description (partial)

Symptom:
If a new application is defined in Cisco DNA Center without an specific IP address/subnet (after this application is assigned to an "Application Set" and later to an "Application Policy") the "Details" and "QoS Settings" are not displayed, and this prevents further configuration of "Traffic Direction" and "Consumer".

Conditions:
Observed in Cisco DNA Center 1.3.1.3
