Description (partial)

Symptom:
The symptoms observed as a result of encountering this defect include the following:

1. OSPF flapping/adjacency instability
2. 9344 byte DMA block depletion (seen as a low value of 0 in 'show blocks')
3. 100% CPU in Control Point (seen in 'show cpu detailed')
4. General cluster instability

Conditions:
1. Running ASA5585 in clustered mode (this does NOT affect other hardware platforms)
2. Multi-context mode 
3. Running OSPF in configured contexts
3. Jumbo-frame reservation is enabled.
4. Aggressive OSPF hello-intervals
