Description (partial)

Symptom:
/vmrest/mailbox/folders/inbox/messages API taking Slightly higher Response time  in latest release 12.5.1 , This causes a larger impact if Number of Messages are higher and makes the DB thread to be busy for slightly longer duration and causes the Unity Server Busy for API Requests
