Cisco Bug: CSCvs30969 - Prime Infrastructure 3.7: Incorrect SNMP Metrics: Dashboard > Network Summary
Jan 23, 2020
- Cisco Prime Infrastructure
Known Affected Releases
Symptom: When a user clicks on Prime Infrastructure's Unreachable Device Count for metrics "SNMP Reachability Status." it shows a different value than what is being displayed on the Dashboard > Network Summary page. For example: If SNMP Reachability Status shows a value of 12 on the Dashboard > Network Summary page, when Unreachable Count is clicked, it direct the user to the Network Devices page where the count is 9. Conditions: The difference is seen in the case of stacked devices. Each stack is counted as an independent device when shown on the Dashboard > Network Summary page, but in the SNMP Reachability Status Count, each device is counted as one device and a stack is not included.
