Description (partial)

Symptom:
Their main goal: to see indication on a panel when some extension os off - it should be red, is some ext is online - it should indicate green leds.
SPA500s panel (connected to SPA504G) indicates BLF as green even when the
extension is powered off.
They use Linux 2.6.32-431.el6.x86_64, FreePBX 12.0.43, Asterisk 11.16.0.
Before the issue, they used Escene ES330 + panel ESM32. It did show:
green BLF for all extensions if they were really registered (it's okay)
amber - if the extension is unregistered/powered off (it's okay).
Then they changed Escene to SPA504G + SPA500s panel.
Now:
if the extension is registered - the ext. button is green (it's okay).
if the extensions unregistered - the ext. button is still green (which is wrong).

Conditions:
normal
