Description (partial)

No video at agent side when remote customer uses Safari web-browser. 
Only audio established between agent and customer.

With Chrome or Firefox the video is established without the issues.

In the logs the following messages presented:
[PacketRouter-18] INFO  com.alicecallsbob.porth.rtp.proxy.processor.ValidatingPacketProcessor [] - Dropped packet from BROWSER as it has a payload type not declared in SDP. Payload type = 96

REM is integrated with CUCM/UCCE/CVP. 

On the REM the H264 video codec is prioritized over VP8
