Description (partial)

Symptom:
Customer is unable to activate syslog towards an ipv6 ip address:

Config:
logging
 disk
  enable
 !
 ipv6-server X:X:X:X
 exit

vmanage# sh log

 System logging to host  in vpn 0 is disabled
 Priority for host logging is set to: info

If IPv4 ip address is used instead, it gets enabled:

vmanange# sh log

System logging to host x.x.x.x in vpn 0 is enabled
Priority for host logging is set to: info

Conditions:
using an ipv6 address for the server parameter.
