Description (partial)

Symptom:
With the IWAN DCA(Direct Cloud Access) configured, found that a software crash occurred when received an Unreachable TCA from a DCA channel, and the crash happened only once.

Conditions:
As the crash only happened once in Customer side, and according to the core file decoding and analysis, one trigger condition in theory is as below. With the IWAN DCA configured, there is an available DCA channel with more than three DCA TCs for different SaaS applications controlled on it, firstly MC receives a Performance TCA for TC1 and a Unreachable TCA for TC2 in 2s which is the TCA process delay time, then remove the TC1, later when MC receives a Unreachable TCA for TC3, the crash will be triggered.
