Description (partial)

Customer might be in an impression, that it should contain only data filtered by 24hours ( e.g. 14 and 13 of November).

Sometimes agents aren't able to connect or to send events to AMP intake servers for various reasons. The agent will queue up events until it can send events back to AMP servers. When the agent is able to connect again events will hit our intake servers and from there gets inserted into our back end DB and forwarded to any listening event_streams, which was created in the Splunk in order to reproduce the problem.

It is possible to see events from a month ago, if an agent wasn't able to send events to AMP intake servers for a month. Each event has a timestamp on it and the timestamp is based on the time it happened on that agent.
