Description (partial)

Symptom:
AnyConnect fails to establish VPN: The VPN client was unable to successfully verify the IP forwarding table modifications. A VPN connection will not be established.

Conditions:
1) AnyConnect 4.7 or 4.8 running on MacOS Mojave or Catalina.
2) Manual IPv6 configuration of the macOS machine with a custom non-discovered IPv6 default gateway (either not on local link or not sending router advertisements per router discovery protocol).
3) Connection to the secure gateway via IPv6
OR
IPv6 split-exclude tunneling enabled without localLAN (::/128) exclusion.
