Symptom:
Ctrl+Z causes "syntax error: unknown argument" in the config-transaction prompt on cEdge. example:

router(config)#
--------------------------^
syntax error: unknown argument

Conditions:
config-transaction is being used and user press Ctrl+Z sequence.
