Symptom:
Cisco UCSM missing Strict-Transport-Security HTTP Header missing on port 80|443.

Conditions:
Scanners when they scan UCSM report that Cisco UCSM is missing the Strict-Transport-Security HTTP Header missing on port 80|443

This bug has been raised to add this header.

For backward compatibility for customers who still leverage HTTP (which is a supported configuration) this hasn't been added.

Request is for when HTTP is disabled to include the headers; to avoid flagging in scans.
