Description (partial)

Symptom:
A WLAN and its associated policy tag were manually created on an eWLC managed by Cisco DNA Center.  When provisioning a new AP, the policy tag got deleted from the associated WLAN, resulting in clients not being able to access the WLAN.

The following entries were found in the network-programmer service's logs:
