Description (partial)

Symptom:
After brownfield import of switch with TRM-enabled VRF overlay config, when users undeployed all the migrated networks and TRM-enabled VRFs, the network undeployment went successfully but the TRM-enabled VRF undeployment would fail and switches were out-ofy-sync. Users would see the TRM-enabled VRF undeploy config was failing on switch. The error messages looked something like below:

Message reported by command :: no vni 50002 Cannot delete vni 50002, please unconfigure auto rt first ERROR: Failed to write VSH commands

Conditions:
After brownfield import of switch with TRM-enabled VRF overlay config, and users undeployed all the migrated networks and TRM-enabled VRFs,
