Cisco Bug: CSCvs26011 - While muting transfer media VVB throws exception causing hung call

Description (partial)

VVB does not clear the calls and throws exceptions.

In a CVP standalone call flow involves bridge transfer

1. After agent hangs up for these calls we see VVB throws error (while muting media transfer audio).
2. This causes browser sub-system not to get disconnect/interrupt event for these calls.
3.  So browser session for these calls will get hung indefinitely for these calls. These will occupy the port.

This is the error we see in logs "OutBoundCallListener: onCallConnectionDisconnected Exceptionnull"

We see 10-20 calls having this issue in a day. Given that total calls that can be handled on VVB is 480, it means VVB will exhaust call handling capability in 10-15 days.

If VVB stopped handling calls and notice hung calls this could be one of the possible scenario causing port leak.
