Any envelope send to a registered account user is not receiving the Read Message button

Step1 Log into CRES using your Admin account credentials.
Step2 On the Accounts tab, choose the Manage Accounts tab.
Step3 Click an account number and choose the Easy Open tab.
Step4 Select the Enable Easy Open Envelope checkbox.
Step5 Enter the number of days for storage duration. Set a maximum of 14 days.
Step6 Click Save Settings.
Step7 Send an encrypted email to a registered CRES account.
