Description (partial)

Symptom:
Root CA certificate with country name more than 2 characters accepted by CUCM

Conditions:
As per RFC3280 , country name field in subject name of certificate should not be more than 2 characters .
CUCM doesn't do strict check on country name field and hence accepts it .
There wont be any functionality impact in CUCM .Some of the cisco products rejects it .
