Symptom:
et up Details:
	Build	:8.10.204.133 
	WLC 	: WLC5520 in HA mode.

Steps Followed:
1. Go to Wireless -> 802.11/a/n/ac/ax -> TWT Configuration , Disable Broadcast TWT Support on the Active WLC.

Observations:
On Active WLC :
			
			%Error: There is no entry in array haWrapperFpArr for function HA_send_usmDbApf80211axTwtBcastSet

Expected behaviour:
			twt-bcast-support should be synced across both the WLCs in HA Mode.

Reproducible : Yes always

Impact to Customer : In case of switchover, if customer has disabled TWT Broadcast Support in Active WLC then in standby it will get Enabled.
