Description (partial)

Symptom:
End clients connected to DHCPv6 Relay sends DHCPv6 INFORMATION-REQUEST packet for getting additional network information such as DNS-Server-Addresses. Catalyst 9500 acting as DHCP-Relay is sending DHCPV6 RELAY-FORWARD message to DHCPv6-Server.DHCPv6-Server is answering correctly with an DHCPv6 RELAY-REPLY which arrives at cat 9500, however it is not forwarded to the end client

Conditions:
Catalyst 9500 acting as DHCPv6 Relay running 16.11.1 or any 16.12 (16.12.1 up to 16.12.3a) versions
