Description (partial)

Symptom:
Webex Teams client registered to Webex Calling (Broadsoft) keeps ringing after farend cancels the call or the incoming call is answered in a different device.

Conditions:
Issue is only reproducible if Webex Teams client is paired with a Webex device.

If the Webex Teams is not paired then clients behaves as expected.

Tested with Mac and Windows clients
