Description (partial)

Symptom:
Default logging level for Diagclient is 2:

Symptoms 1:

" logging level diagclient  <non-default -level>" is getting removed with ISSU/ascii/binary, it goes back to the default logging level.

Symptoms 2:

" logging level diagclient  <non-default -level>" is getting removed after System Switch Over,  it goes back to the default logging level.

Example:

switch(config)# logging level diagclient 5
switch(config)# show logging level | grep diagclient
diagclient              2                       5

After System Switch Over when Standby becomes Active:
switch(config)# show logging level | grep diagclient
diagclient              2                       2

Conditions:
System Switch Over(SSO) or ISSU
