Description (partial)

A data packet in a Layer 2-only VLAN dedicated for an FTD cluster communication link (CCL) has an invalid L4 checksum (expected). An N9K-C9364C switch seems to be stomping these packets when getting them from the IPN on interfaces 65-66. This results in an incorrect l2 frame checksum, and a data packet from FTD-A sent to FTD-B through Cisco ACI cannot be processed.

- On spine switch run the below :
#show platform internal bky table roc_bky_prx_int_packet_port

the command output should have inr_l4_csum_err=0x1
