Description (partial)

Symptom:
Windows 10 endpoint is failing a posture check after a new hot-fix had been applied for the version 1909.

There is no mentioning of version 1909 anywhere in the compound condition.

The issue still persists and the list of exemptions to the whole windows update compliance policy is growing.

Error appears on supplicant side:

System Scan pop-up window: updates are needed to your device before you can join the network.

There are important Windows Updates missing on your device! Please download and install latest updates and reconnect with the AnyConnect client.

Conditions:
Only happening after upgrading a Windows 10 to a 1909 version. 
The compound condition "pr_Win10_64_Hotfixes" does not contain information about the new version.
