Description (partial)

Symptom:
Callback generated on a cloud registered device for a missed call (previously received by an on-prem device) never establishes properly.

Conditions:
Scenario of organization synchronizing the on-prem devices to the Control Hub via the Directory Connector. 
Whenever the on-prem device makes a call to a cloud registered device, and the call is not answered on the cloud registered device, a missed call entry is created on the cloud registered device. By attempting to call back the on-prem device with this missed call entry, the call is never established and a ringing can be heard on the originating cloud registered device for about 1 minute while the on-prem device is not ringing at all.
