Description (partial)

Symptom:
When performing the command `'install all nxos image.bin ?` to get contextual help for the command, the output is generic and doesn't provide any further understanding to what 'non-interruptive' will do.

Conditions:
This issue is platform independent and is seen on all NXOS platforms that support a 'non-interruptive' upgrade
<pre>
N9K-C9508-1# install all nxos nxos.9.3.1.bin ?
  <CR>
  bios-force        Forcefully upgrade bios.
  no-reload Exit right before reload during install.
  non-disruptive    Non-Disruptive install.
  non-interruptive  Non-Interruptive install.   <~~~~~~~~~~~
  serial            Upgrade linecards in serial
</pre>
Ideally this should read like this:
<pre>
N9K-C9508-1# install all nxos nxos.9.3.1.bin ?
  <CR>
  bios-force        Forcefully upgrade bios.
  no-reload Exit right before reload during install.
  non-disruptive Performs an in-service software upgrade (ISSU) to prevent the disruption of data traffic
  non-interruptive Upgrades the software without any prompts. This option skips all error and sanity checks.
  serial            Upgrade linecards in serial
</pre>
