Description (partial)

Symptom:
Panic on one node, after a caching SED disk is securely erased and replaced.

Conditions:
Secure erase a SED caching disk on a node. Remove the secure erased caching disk and replace it with a new caching disk. After a few minutes, a crash may occur on the controller where the cache disk got replaced. The system disks will be in an error state and cluster will be unhealthy.  After a while the cluster will become healthy.
