Description (partial)

Jabber SSO login fails with message "username or password is not correct" if Enhanced Credential Policy is used for application users or ESM mode is enabled on CUCM.

Issue is seen when Enhanced Credentials Policy is used. Or When customer has moved to ESM mode.
As part of Jabber login process, CUCM IMS libraries fetch admin user from CUCM DB and fail to do so.
