Description (partial)

Symptom:
Webex IVR, when asks for the meeting number, disconnects the call if only '#' is pressed in the IVR.

If any other digit is pressed, it says Wrong Meeting number and gives another attempt to press the meeting number.

The Expectation is, to still say wrong meeting number and give another attempt to dial in the meeting number when '#' is pressed.

Conditions:
Webex IVR, when asks for the meeting number, disconnects the call if only '#' is pressed in the IVR.
