Description (partial)

Symptom:
ASA failover pair running SNMPv3. After upgrade of the HA pair, the secondary is hit with the issue of snmp polling. In the primary that works fine, the active matches the local engineId but in the problematic ASA the active matches with the remote engineId.There are 2 users with the same name but different engineIds. SNMP polling error on the secondary.

ASA running snmp v3.Issue occurs after upgrade
