Symptom: An ACE may fail to be removed from the configuration. The parser may give the following error: N9K(config-acl)# no permit ip 10.71.20.0 0.0.0.255 any ERROR: failure ERROR in getting next seqno: failure In the accounting log the attempt will be recorded as a FAILURE: `show logging log` Mon Oct 5 09:25:45 2020:type=update:id=172.21.2.40@pts/0:user=cisco_user:cmd=configure terminal ; ip access-list ipv4-receive-acl ; permit ip 10.71.20.0 0.0.0.255 any (REDIRECT) Mon Oct 5 09:25:45 2020:type=update:id=172.22.2.42@pts/0:user=cisco_user:cmd=configure terminal ; ip access-list ipv4-receive-acl ; no permit ip 10.71.20.0 0.0.0.255 any (FAILURE) Conditions: ACE entry is removed using "configure terminal" or "configure session".
