Description (partial)

Symptom:
When agent is working on chat 1 and there was a new message on chat 2 then we see a pop-up saying:
"Ingen Chatbesked", means "No Chatmessage"
"besvar venligst", means "Please answer"

Conditions:
1. agent is working on existing chat1
2. new chat2 comes in and this generates correct message on new chat, so that's fine
3. agent is still working on chat 1 and customer from chat2 writes a comment in chat which has not been selected by agent
4. this causes incorrect pop-up message to agent
