Description (partial)

Symptom:
Expressway log records error log if TURN service is disabled and enabled. Error log is of the nature:

TURN server will not start

Conditions:
This error is observed if existing TURN connections are in use and the TURN service is disabled and then enabled in the Expressway GUI.
