Symptom: Call is muted when dock station power is disconnected Conditions: 1. Put phone on dock station. 2. Place a call to the phone. Answer the call. 3. Disconnect power charger from the dock station. If the call is muted when the power cable is connected, after disconnecting the power from dock station, the call will be unmuted.
