Description (partial)

Symptom:
Fragmented UDP packets gets dropped/punted to CPU
Enter the following command:
show system internal access-list sup-redirect-stats | i "BFDC v4 PACKET IETF"
<>
    2932                               BFDC v4 PACKET IETF    2716 >>>> This counter will increment with such fragments

Conditions:
UDP Fragment has value "1A 80" in it's payload which is parsed as UDP destination port no. as it matches internal access-list for BFD on Link Aggregation Group (LAG) RFC 7130

Impacts only N9k-FX2 series switches in release 9.3.x
