Symptom:
Filtering of Switches & Access Points results in syntax error

Conditions:
1)Login to CCMAdmin.
2)Upload the file attached with JIRA via Bulk Administration->Upload/Download Files.
2)Access the path Bulk Administration->Insert Infrastructure Device and make sure switch and access points are added.
3)Access the path Advanced Features->Device Location Tracking Services->Switches and Access Points.
4)In Find and List Switches and Access Points page, select the Infrastructure Devices added and deactivate them. 
5)In Find and List Inactive Switches and Access Points page, click on any of the  Infrastructure device and in Switches and Access Point Configuration page,perform find operation -beneath Associated Endpoints section, 
set the condition as Find+Associated Endpoints+where +Endpoint Name + contains "&" or any data
Find operation yields nothing.

Further, from Related Links Drop down box ,select Inactive Switches and Access Points element to access Find and List Inactive Switches and Access Points page. Click on any of the infrastructure device link .

This results in 
Error occurred during find. A syntax error has occurred.
Further, Rows per page drop down box is missing.
