Symptom: Version: 10 When viewing the emails or chats waiting in a queue through the Multimedia Monitor, sorting by the Queue Time or Arrival time will not sort the entries based off the timestamps correctly. Conditions: This will happen when attempting to click the Queue Time or Arrival Time sorting options while viewing an email or chat queue.
