When viewing the emails or chats waiting in a queue through the Multimedia Monitor, sorting by the Queue Time or Arrival time will not sort the entries based off the timestamps correctly.

This will happen when attempting to click the Queue Time or Arrival Time sorting options while viewing an email or chat queue.
