Last Modified

Products (1)

  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

Known Affected Releases

11.5(1.17900.46)

Description (partial)

Symptom:
TFTP returns Std headset template instead of custom tempplate when user profile (custom user profile ) is made as the Standard Default profile and for a user the option for User Profile is set as Use System Default and when this profile is selected for a custom template.

Conditions:
Steps
1. Add an enduser and select 'Use System Default' for the UserProfile
2. Create a UcUserProfile and make that default
3. Create custom headset template and associate the previously created UcUserProfile to it.
4. Fire a tftp request http(s)://{tftpip}:{port}/headset/config/user/{userid}

We get the Standard Template data , while the expectation is to get the Custom Template data created in step 3 above.
