Symptom: Grid data is not loading on Call Monitoring Page. Conditions: Issue has been observed with the Site, Team, Agents those are selected at the time of Call Monitoring creation is deactivated and then later reactivated. The below notification appears to supervisor on call monitoring page at Customer Journey Platform portal, Oh snap! A monitor request for callback number (Number that specified during the Call Monitoring initiation) already exists in the system.
