Description (partial)

Symptom:
Virtual ESA/WSA/SMA will fail to update and upgrade if the xml file end date expires while still displaying valid Smart License for each service.
Virtual ESA/WSA/SMA require the loading of an xml file in order to function with Smart Licensing.
Virtual ESA/WSA/SMA will not work independently with smart licensing.

Conditions:
Virtual ESA/WSA/SMA which have been migrated over to Smart Licensing.
- The existing .xml Classic License contains an "End Date." <end_date> dd/mm/yyyy   </end_date>
- Once the 'end_date,'  has passed, the updater service will fail, preventing updates to all services.
- Upgrade functionality will be disabled.
