Description (partial)

Symptom:
Jabber on JVDI do not see far end video but far end video sees Jabber video.

Conditions:
STEPS:
1) User dials in to Meet me number
2) Local User do not see the far end video
3) Far end user sees the Video
4) local user sees "start my Video" active (possibly no local video window)
5) Remote Party still sees local party video
