Symptom: Jabber's Outlook tab sometimes shows 'Your session has expired. Conditions: This problem only happens when Jabber's primary authentication is not Single Sign On (SSO) and Exchange is using SSO. Because the primary authentication is not SSO, the Exchange SSO credential and the OAuth timer are not created.
